What happens when I exceed my monthly image limit?

You can purchase pay-per-use API credits to continue processing. Credits never expire and can be used alongside any plan.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period. No penalties.

How does the invisible watermark work?

WaterShield uses DWT-DCT-SVD frequency-domain embedding. The watermark is invisible to the human eye but survives compression, cropping, rotation, and most image manipulations.

Is my data secure?

Images are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256 on Cloudflare R2). Free tier images are not stored. Creator images are deleted after 24h. Enterprise images persist until you delete them.

Do API credits expire?

No. API credits never expire. They remain on your account until used, regardless of your subscription status.

What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Annual billing gives you 20% off compared to paying monthly. You pay for the full year upfront and save on every plan.
